Exactly my situation, except I've only been packing them around for about two years.
My bumper doesn't have those little holes, not even the lip they're usually in.
If somebody has fabbed up little adapter brackets, let's see 'em!

Yup. That's a great picture. The little yellow stripe above the license plate bracket is on the upper "lip" that my bumper doesn't have.
Guess that's why I don't have any mounting holes, either.
2000 bumpers ARE (slightly) different!

are the factory fog lights fused? if so does anyone know which # in a 02 f250?

I have been wanting to put fog lights on my truck. Were they not an option in 99? My head light switch has the option for fog lights, it pulls out when parking lights or headlights are on. At least that is what I think it is for. Is there a factory plug that I can plug into or do I have to wire everything up from scratch? Or is there by chance a way to wire in a factory plug? I have not looked under the bumper to see if there are plugs or not.

you have to start from scratch,the factory kit comes with lights harness and switch and everthing to install them
or build yourself
