Can we assume that the problem is now fixed?

Yes, thanks to Mike at SCT who got me a new stock file..problem gone! I must say that Hypertech did nothing to help and couldn't care less that their programmer caused a problem with my truck. It somehow programmed my diff ratio as 4.10 when it's 3.73? real piece of junk!

Same problems here - SCT remoted into my tuner and truck and got a restore file created...
So I get the restore file and it gives me a 110DD error when it tries to return to stock.
Engineering says to bring in the ECU, the TCU, and the tuner.
Turnaround to resolution is SEVEN to TEN DAYS?!?!?!?!?!

I can't be without my truck for that long.

So take it to Ford and have them reflash the ECU and TCU - which would cost me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

This tuner is garbage. Wasted FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!

NO REFUNDS!?!?!?!

**** me. I guess I'm living with error codes created by the tuner now.

Did you pay for this with a credit card?
If so, recently?
