the P0603 is keep alive memory... its cleared by removing the battery connections or programming the PCM with tuner or even changing out the ECM... one of those could have caused it. The memory was cleared, as in it erased all the adaptive learning it was keeping track of.
Mine was doing the same thing, but I was also playing with the tuner almost daily and not allowing it to complete the drive cycle either.

P0528 Fan Speed Sensor Circuit No Signal
P0113 C* O R Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input Checks sensor output for a value lower than a minimum
probable temperature when IAT voltage is greater than 4.9
volts. Default 77o F/25oC.
Cause
Open circuit, short to power
I would dare guess they in the same harness fan and IAT#1 Would have to pull a wire diagram to be sure
or maybe they pull same power let me look
separate harness
Is this the same truck you had the cab off??
Start checking things are plugged in fully
