head gaskets

well i just got told that i have to get new headgaskets, if hear if you put power to your truck it will blow them but a stock engine with an aftermarket exgaust with a 109000kms on would blow them but its all under warranty

You blew head gaskets because regardless if your truck is stock or modified, it's a junk design and you should get headstuds in since your cab is going to be off.

Ya make sure you get some studs in wile they are doing the work under warranty. I did this and haven't had a problem yet. Mine also blew with a stock engine.

trust me the 6.0L is common for head gaskets even at 50 thousand km we've had two of those in the past 2 months, the one thats currently under going work has thousands of aftermarket accesories and is stil warrantied

EGR is a bigger problem. Delete=no heat.

well he came in with that problem first, then came back for the head gaskets
