too funny..in a thread a week or so ago..i was just talking about a old guy here with an older car with dual stacks and flappers over the trunk lid...he did it cause he backs his car in the water to unload his fishing boat....
The flapper if for all that rain they get in the Northwest I am sure.

As of late, it's a wonder more cars in our neck of the woods don't need those!! It must be all the Washington people moving to (ruining) Montana that are bringing all this rain with them. 7.5" here in May alone!
