So I installed my lift today and say a very nice mud flat near these condos. There were big muddy puddles, thick sloppy mud, and some plain dirt patches.
So I popped it into 4x4 went through everything okay but almost got stuck in the mud. I decided to be dareing and go through a long muddy water patch that had a GMC1500 stuck on the side of it (with water reaching just under the door) I did a turn around and sped up to gain mommentum went all the way until about 15ft when I noticed that all my lights turned OFF!
Steering got real stiff and I finally realized that I had no power! I was luck that I had enough speed to get through those 15 watery feet.
The truck stayed in a dry dirt patch for about 20mins, after trying everything to turn it on. It turned on and I drove to the car wash to rinse off all the mud. and the same thing happened my truck did not turn on this time for alomost an hour.
