Frame Perches

I have a two wheel drive 1980 f100 with a 300 and I will be putting a 351W in it. My question is what frame perches will I need? Will any 1980-1986 windsor perches work?

The 302 and 351 utilize the same engine mounts so yes, any 80-86 truck mounts for these motors will work.

Do you know if four wheel drive mounts work or do I have to use mounts from a two wheel drive truck?

Do they have to be from an f100 or can they be from any 80-86 truck.

When I was looking for frame blocks for my swap I was told that I had to go with a '80-'85 Bronco for my '84 Bronco. But I ended up getting them out of a '90 Bronco.
What I'm trying to say is don't look just in the year range that you hear, look a cupple years out of that year range.

2WD verces 4WD frame blocks...honistlly...I can't help you there. But you are/might have to grind off about 4 or so cold rolled rivits on the driverside tower. At least that is the case on 4WD towers...not sure about 2WD sorry. but I hope it helps you.
