HI to All;\:
I want to buy frame purches for my 84 2 wheel drive that I want to put a 351 w & an aod into, but I can not find perches anywhere & pleae do not tell me LMC as I did order there perches for an 84 & they do not even come close to being correct I call them & talk to a nice lady about the perches they have & she was going to check with there puchesing dept & as yet she has not got back to me, so who else has the correct perches.

What engine is in the truck right now?
IF it's a 302, you will not need to change the perches. Not sure about the 460 V8. The I6 engine will have diffrent frame perches than the 302/351 engines.
Best place to find engine perches are at the junk yard.

Unless NumberDummy comes along with additional information (say, superseded part numbers (and availability of parts)) methinks a junk yard is gonna be your best bet.

Since he has a 1984, I told him to ask for these parts in the 1980/86 & 1987/96 forums.
OP in 1961/66 forum said he has a "f50" .. but he didn't respond when I asked him what an F50 was. My guess is, he has an F150 (which was not available w/a 460 after 1979).
