94 Explorer blend door?

I know the 2nd gen Explorers had this problem, but how about the 1st gen? If I put the A/C on and have it on max ac, I get air through the vents AND the floor. Same scenario if I put it on Panel. Any ideas what's up? Vacuum leak maybe?

I don't think the Gen I had a blend door. What happens if you put it on defrost?

On defrost, I still get air coming through the floor vent.

I have the same problem on my 98. AC OK at idle but when I put a load on the engine it will come out of the defrosters.

I have seen that the ford default is to go to defrost. I'm pretty sure it is a vac leak.
