pioneer question

how do you set the clock on a pionner DEH-1400 stereo? i bought the stereo brand new and it never came with instructions on how to do this and since i have changed the battery once the clock is all wrong

you have to turn the unit off, then press the clock button on the upper left. hold the source button and press < and > to set the time.

With all of the Pioneers that I have had all you need to do is press and hold the clock button, then use the 1 and 2 presets for changing hours and minutes.

hmm, musta remembered it wrong, ill have to look in my manual. Maybe i was thinkin about that POS koss deck........

ok on the p1400 u turn off the deck and hold the audio button than use the arow buttons to change time when u are done just turn it back on

this might work as u have no function button like my deck

he if it dont work u colud try holdin each button individualy till u find the right one hold them for 3seconds

Crash, thanks bud. that did it. finally after all summer i have the right time and guess what? the truck won't be reinsured because of it being painted
