radio clock

On my 93 f150 how do I change between the stations or the clock being displated on the radio. This is the factory radio with cassett player.

Push in the volume ****.

And to set your time, when the clock is displayed, push in and hold the volume **** in, at the same time, press either side of the button right over the volume ****, the tune button to set hour/min.
