Bilsteins.

A buddy of mine rode in my truck for the first time today and he commented on how much better my truck rides than his (PSD also). He got out and looked into the wheel wells and said, "No wonder, Bilsteins".

Bilsteins.

Just put the bilsteins on mine four days or so. Had stock ones on there, like night and day, no thumping, just a great ride. Well worth the money.

Bilstein makes a real good shock.
We have them for stock, small lift, mild lift, and large lifts:

I have dual Bilsteins (blue/yellow) on the front of my truck and they ride great, a little stiff but not covered-wagon stiff. I also have single Bilsteins in the rear, they are great shocks. Got mine with free shipping from shockwarehouse.com last year.

I run the Bilstein's up front and Rancho RS9000XL's on the rear. Bilstein is the only way to go for the front hands down. I had the previous model RS9000X on the rear before and was pretty satisfied, but these bigger the XL's are a huge improvement. I've gotten used to the adjustable dampening, and I'm not sure I could go back to regular shock on the rear. The thing that always sucked about Rancho's (including the RS9000X's) is their finish and their lack of corrosion resistance. Only time will tell on these new Rancho's. I'll keep you guys posted.

I just had my RS9000's warrantied (one rear was leaking but they gave me two new ones) with the newer RS9000XL. My question is, what do you set your XL's at when riding around town/highway? We have the same truck.

I have the RS9000's and I keep mine on 1 or 2 I think for the soft ride. New Bilsteins are on the way, hope to have them tomorrow and on this weekend.
