Yes...and the set is really interesting. He's got a Banks in the stock location behind the dog house and the other is under the truck just past the tranny. Have you ever heard of this type of setup??

Yes but its pretty rare. Get pics if you can. I would love to see one. Its is certainly possible there are just so few people how desire to sup up a van. Our resident mad (van) scientist is just that MadVan. he doesn't have twin turbo's though. What a wuss! LOL
