disc brake spindle i.d.

I want to find out what year spindles i have. Where is the casting number on the spindles?

1973/79 F100/150 2WD Spindle ID numbers.

1973 was the first year for F100's with 2WD to have discs.

1973/74 F100: Right spindle marked: D3TA-3107-CD or DD / Left: D3TA-3108-CD or DD

1975/79 F100/150: Right spindle marked: D5TA-3107-FB / Left: D5TA-3108-FB

my spindles just say 7-cd and 8-cd. they dont have the rest of the casting number. so i would say that they are 73 or 74. also the sides you said are they from the drivers seat or front of car?
