i have 2 holley carbs that i need identified. i was told one is an 800 or 850cfm. the other i have no clue.
the only numbers i can find are:
LIST-4780
1213
and the other one says:
80467
2653
the second one filled up with waster and the butterfly things are rusted, is it rebuildable? do any parts interchange between the two? if one is 800cfm its way to big for anything i'll ever use but the other i think is 600 or 650 cfm and if i can combine the 2 to make one carb that would save me alot of money!
actually i found out what i needed to know from holleys website... turns out the 6 was not a 6. it was a 5... one of the carbs is a 800cfm 4150, the other is a 600cfm 4160. will any parts interchange between these two? specifically the base plate with the butterflies?
The baseplates will fit on each other but the throttle blades of the 800cfm will hit on the smaller 600cfm venturis. Vice versa the smaller throttle bores will work on the 800cfm but will restrict the carb down.
