I have a carb manufactured by Holley for Motorcraft. The metal tag on it says E2TE CRA A 4E7. The holley list number is 9913. above the list number is E2TE-9510-CRA. It has govenor on it two metering blocks but is a single pumper. Can anybody give me the CFM.

 

If it is off a 351 HO or a 460 & is a 4BBL it is most likely a 600 CFM 4180 Holley. What you are calling a governor is the secondary spring housing.

 

It probably is a 600 but its a 4190EG so it does have a governor on it from 82-83 370 truck motor
