Does anyone know of pics which show replacement of drivers or passenger front cowl sections--the piece where the hood bolts and the side with the louvers? I am going to replace both sides on my truck. The left side was damaged, along with rot at the bottom inspection panel, and the other is slightly dented with the same rot in the inspection area. Just wondering how hard and any advice.

Mid Fifty has complete cowl panels. They run from the seam at the top of the cowl all the way down to the seam at the bottom. They also include the hinge pocket area.

I used the midfifty lower panels and made my own upper panels

It's a fairly straightforward job

 

I did my driver side. I used the patch panel from Mid Fifty.
