Custom Aluminum 80 gallon Fuel Cell w/Sump
Can anybody tell me who can make a Custom Aluminum 80 gallon Fuel Cell w/Sump, The 80 gallon Fuel Cell is based upon (4) 20 gallon Fuel Cells, Here’s the Dimensions for the 80 gallon Fuel Cell w/Sump, The Dimensions are (L):48"x (W):40"x (D):10".I've contacted RCI and they'd told me anything over 20 gallon has to be a steel tank.I've also contacted JAZ Products & Fuel Safe and hadn't heard from either one on the Custom Aluminum 80 gallon Fuel Cell w/Sump.

I built a couple of 20 gallon cells out of aluminum in the past, and anything over that, I wouldn't go the normal route.
The dims you list come out to 83 gallons and 498 pounds. I personally would use steel too. That's a LOT of weight sloshing back and forth.
If you do find someone to do it, I would use at least 3/16" with a lot of extra supports in the corners and along the sides, and baffles. Also, welding both the inside and outside of the corners.
Why not stainless?
