Help Please!!!
I just finished installing the exhaust that came with the kit I bought from total diesel performance (Tony Wildman) and it sounded great for the 2 seconds before I realized I had broke a fuel line while beating out the old down pipe. I have sheared off the metal fuel line coming from the fuel pump to the back of what I would call the head I guess. It is not the line itself, but the male fitting it screws onto and that screws into the head. I do not see anyway of getting it out without removing the head so I can use an ez out or somthing similar. If any one has any suggestions please let me know and also If there is any writeups on removal of passengers side head if that is what I HAVE to do please inform me. I love this web site and hope after all the screwups I can help others save themselves the headache ( literally)

I would think removing the down pipe might provide some room. if not pulling the turbo and loosening the up-pipe would and it would be easier than removing the head. Not good either way but that stuff happens. Just not fun when it does

I got the broken fitting out of the head this morning and supprisingly it was not too bad. I removed the down pipe which gave me room to us an easy out and it backed right out. Now I was wondering if anyone knows a place to find the ford part number for this fitting. It is the one that screws into the back of the head on the passengers side and the metal fuel line from the fuel pump screws to it. I looked it town at oreillys and lowes and they did not have it. Also is there an o-ring in the fitting that should be replaced also?
