don't have any yet just been reading, and it seems that they all mention something about only playing video when parked, Will probably go with a Clarion since I have had good luck with their products in the past

the reason they say they wont work wile moving is for leagal reasons, when you get them instaled i bet more instalers will bypass it and make it work for a little tip...

I am waiting on the new avic F-series to come out as well. It is supposed to be a direct challenge to the "sync" option on the ford trucks.

for the clarion units there is a $25 item to make it simple, that way there are no ugly toggles ect. search for Clarion bypass, here is the link
