Please help low Boost # after Studs

Just got ARP studs, liberator egr delete, and fluidampr proffesionally installed. Driving it home i am only seeing 15 psi and 16 going up hill from my dash hawk. Any ideas of why? Also getting a tuner XCAL 2 i will be able to disable the egr sensors? B/C they are throughing a code insuficient exhaust flow and i clear it with my dashhawk.

maybe on re-install they have left a hose clamp or something loose and you are losing boost to that?

disconnect your batts so your turbo can do a vgt relearn. im guessing with the egr deleted its use to reading the egr and compensating with the turbo. Resetting everything should take care of that. Not a 100% on that but its worth a shot.

i am gonna dissconnect the batteries right now and see what happens tomorrow. the code it throws is p0401 (exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected)

this is the explanation on it EGR valve position does not match desired, limits based on engine speed/load, egr valve stuck or sticking- egr valve position sensor bias-ep sensor bias.

make sure you touch your ends after you get them disconnected so they completly drain the charge.

Does the truck sound normal,is there a strange hiss around the turbo? I was thinking that the up pipe may be leaking at the turbo. If you reach in and cup your hand around the clamp you would feel it if it were leaking, also soot will build quickly in the area if it were leaking there.

disable what? the egr? Disabling it isn't going to solve the problem. Go over to go go diesel.com and start a thread and hopefully Doug (PSDPlayer) will chime in and help you out. That's what I would suggest at this point.
