What to do

Being new to the diesel family, I need to ask a stupid question... When I drove a gasser I knew what I needed to to to get my vehicle ready for a long road trip. I am heading to Oklahoma In about two weeks, what do I need to change, check, or do to get my truck road ready?

check the same things you would check on a gasser tire pres. etc. ..not a bad idea to carry extra fuel filter......don't forget to check the spare

Should I change the filters and start fresh? I need to take it in and have the recalled CPS swapped out anyway. You know "general tune-up" type stuff.

I really don't know when it was serviced last, being a used vehicle. I guess I should just do all of it.
