302 base timing

302 base timing
could some one pop the hood on ther 87 f 150 302 fi and tell me what the base timing is supposed to be at? and the spark plug gap my chiltons stinks, posted earlier don't know if im double posting im new so please dont flame me

just more info fresh rebuild, blueprinted .030" over, full roller, SVO 351 cam .588 at valve, full port and polish, single plane, 750cfm 4150, mallory vac,mech advance,started at 10 atdc hesitation of the line,re jetted carb,better not there yet,set base time to 14 atdc beteer still, mecanical adv limited to 14 deg, cam set in strait up for break in period, how far can I go anyone know?
