Bully Dog Update Agent issues
Has anyone recently installed and ran the Update Agent? I can't get mine to work. I installed it, but it never ran the registration page. I've restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted. Nothing. Plug in Triple Dog and it lights up, but Windows brings up the Install New Hardware wizard, Update Agent doesn't work.
Please no smart alec remarks. I know this Bully Dog was a mistake but I've got it now. I don't need any "sell it and buy...." answers thanks.

What O/S platform are you running? If it's vista I know that has some compatibility issues with alot of programs. I didn't have a problem with mine when I had it on my truck when I first got into the modding game. The only other thing that I can think of is that I don't think they are even doing more updates for the triple dog since they have gotten the PMT on the market(compel people to upgrade and all that), but I could be wrong about that.

That doesn't explain the lack of communication between the computer and your tuner. The updater program will continue to communicate with the tuner rather or not the tuner is unlocked. I had almost made the mistake of updating it without unlocking it first, but it didn't have a hard time reading the tuner when I plugged it in.
