Hypertech Programer with 10k mod

Is it worht doing the 10k mod with my existing Hypertech program on my 96 Powerstroke.

I would think that the programer would address the icp also, so i wouldn't do it.

I Have A Hypertec Chip In My 95 And When I Tried The 10k Mod I Noticed Quicker Acceleration But I Would Get A Stumbble Under A Load. I Don't Know If The Problem Has To Do With The Chip Or Not Or Maybe Bad Injector Orings But I Dont Know.

You can absolutely run a 10k with a hypertek. Those are off the shelf programers, and don't usually max out ICP. I ran one with a superchip with good results.

1950, I noticed the same thing if I went to like a 5.6k. The HPOP just wasn't strong enough to keep up. Maybe your pump was getting weak.

But in the end, you can try it, and see the results. If you don't like it pull it. It shouldn't hurt anything. Worse case senario, replace IPR orings. But I highly doubt it.
