Posted a few more pics of my 1961 Unibody tonight. Got some old wheels out from under the bench, mounted some fat tires and re-energized myself to think about what to do with/to this one. Was originally thinking about a Crown Vic frame swap but getting cold feet. Now I'm leaning towards freshening the front suspension, new brakes, drop in a 429/460 with a C6 behind it and driving the crap out of it. The only real body repairs it needs is front cab mounts, steps and rockers. Everything else is actually really solid. Other than the cab mounts, It could easily be driven just like this.
What do you folks think? 460? I like HP, a 6 or little v8 won't work here. Need to scare small children. I know most of the cops around here, should I take advantage of it?
