no hgs. no egr, went through injectors at 130K and ac went out at 188K though.

still pretty good for a smuck who doesnt service it like he should. IMHO

He also purchased it at 60K on the ticker though. Hmm. I may need to get an Oasis for him.

165000 on my 03 6.0 , injectors changed at 101000 (just out of warranty of course!) and a fuel pump, that's it. Still runs great, everyday work truck. AC comes and goes, gotta get that checked, but other than diesel prices I have no complaints. ( I've owned it since new)

If you have an opportunity when the heads come off could you put a straightedge across the narrow in the center and measure and- deviation to flatness?

Damn! What has been replaced on it thus far? Have you owned it for most of the miles? Thats pretty encouraging, especially the non-studded part.

I was lucky to pick up a cream-puff last year with 104k miles on it. Appears to only have had the EGR cooler replaced...front end is still tight!

I have 218k on mine, but it does have studs, oil cooler and a Sinister EGR cooler. Using it to haul my 20' cargo trailer back and forth to TX, putting down about 2.5k per week,

Non studded, 500k+!

Last week my 05 ccsb F250 6.0 rolled 500k on the meter. Still has factory headbolts and gaskets. Daily driven and it is tuned and has Powermax upgrade and more.

Bought new in oct 2006 6.0 w/6 speed manual, heavy duty packages still has original head gaskets, had the clutch, bearing, and arm replaced at 160,000 and all calipers and rotors changed at 166,000. Got 203,000 miles, filled up yesterday calculated mileage at 18.5.
