Do you have access to a scanner ...If yes ,, scan ICP & IPR dc% IIRC,,,IPR dc% will continue to rise in no start if the IPR is stuck....
unpluuging the ICP connector can some times unstick the IPR (temporarily )

Also ,, what condition are the batteries in (new ,old?)...

Might even find the IPR nut is loose or fell off.

where abouts is the IPR nut?
the batteries are older, still possible for it to trun over with a dead cell?

The nut is the last part on the end of the IPR ..Pic ...here...

checked the IPR but the best i could, its still there and tight....... anyone with a scanner around centeral florida?

Im trying to get it scaned, ford wants 180 to scan it......

You can set up some mechanical guages & see if you have HP pressure ,,,

I would think its something simple.
Truck has run fine then all of the sudden a no start.

IPR wires? Ign sw? Your shure it has fuel?

It has fuel, but there no smoke.
The hpop revs. was empty when we checked it bout 12 hours of sitting, we filled it and still nothing.
Where do i test for HP pressure?

Is it normal for the HPOP resevoir to be empty after sitting?

Have you unplugged the ICP sensor & tried to start it?...

pressurising the rails ........here...
