OK guys I need some advice whats the best tuner chip for this here beast of mine, I would like more power (but who doesn't) and better mpg, Any advice or recommendations would help. Thanks

From what I've read on hear, the DP tuner is the best. Once I talk the wife into it I'll have one too. You should do gauges to monitor boost, trans temp, and most important the EGTs !! A 4" exaust would help also, cold air intake.

On the top of your computer screen you'll see some of the sponsors of FTE. There you'll see Dp tuner. Its basically a tuner where you can pick the programs you want-(up to 16 tunes) No start(anti theft), stock, some tow programs , 80 econo(for MPGs), 100, 120, 140 extreme, ect. You can pick what you want. Another mod you might want is a better valve body for your tranny, Like a BTS, ATS or a John Woods, just so you don't roast your tranny. Alot of the guys in the 7.3 say its the best tuner, I'll let you know when I get mine. The price goes up as you add more tunes.

It will help us if you put your vehicle info (year, trim level, mods, etc) in your signature, so whenever you ask for advice or tech help with your vehicle, everyone will know what you have.

Based on everything I read here at FTE, when it came time to get a custom tune for my truck, I chose Jody at DP-Tuner.
Jody's tunes, loaded onto his F5 chip, will wake your Excursion up and make her run with the big dogs. You will NOT be sorry choosing DP-Tuner.
