Hi; I have an 02, 7.3 X and installed the Super chip yesterday. The throttle is now very responsive which makes me think the timing has advanced which is a positive as I am after the fuel economy. It does have the ability to scan for codes and I am getting two back. The first “Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Error.” Second “Int control mod kam error” Can anyone tell me what these mean and if they are critical? Thanks, Smitty.
Your going to get that kam error because of the chip, no worries, i got the superchips handheld and i get it too. Second, your ebp tube might be clogged with soot, take off and clean it out.
O yea, welcome to FTE. Be careful with the sensor, don't poke anything to far up there, it has a little rubber diafram up there. Clean the tube wd-40,bp blaster, run weed wacker line through it to break up the soot, blow it out (the tube) good and install.
Any chance of a photo of the both? Under the hood I see a lot of turbo charges, after coolers, afterburners, vectoring nozzles.... (I used to think I knew it all!) If not I will go digging around and if totally lost I can do a photo search or a manual.

That's what I needed, Thanks. Spent most my life with big commercial oil burners but with the help of the forum I'm getting to find my way through the woods.
Thanks again for your time and help.
Smitty.
Guess I should get a good manual also.
