292 engine mounts
Has anyone bought new rubber mounts for their 292 truck motors? I ordered some before and got the wrong ones. Just wondering where to get the right ones. My truck is a 64 F100.

I just bought motor mounts for my
57 truck. I got front and rear, upper and lower.
I have a 292, which mounts at the front and at the
back on the bell housing, I think yours is the same.
At any rate the rear mounts were right, but the front
lower mounts had a hole that is to small for the bolt.
the upper front mounts were fine. I bought them form a
place called Sacramento Vintage Ford. I also found that
some parts houses can get them if you have the old ones.
Sac Vintage can be reached at 1-888-ford-100. good luck

Someone replaced my rear/trans mount bolts and the bushing was missing. I have ordered and recieved new bushings. I'm assuming they are correct as I have nothing to compare them to. What I need to know is the throughbolt a standard bolt or does it have a unusual shank of non standard size to fit the bushing?
