Bought another one (sorry dialup)
Gotta love military lemon lots.
Sold some toys I wasn't playin' with anymore so this 200 dollar beater is basically nothin' out of pocket.
'87 F-150, 300, T-18, shortbox, "extra parts".
Biggest thing I want is the perfect condition seat to replace Mello's that is falling apart.
I figure I can clean up these rims and recoup some money
And some extra tires...
Got it runnin as good as possible on year old gas with simply a new fuel pump relay. Needs a brake line and a new slave cylinder.

Same wheels I had on my 90. I miss the red interior too.
Hell in Chicago that truck as is would be worth 1500 because it's not rusted away.
For 200 bucks, plus another 200 in repairs I'd be driving that one til it finally blew. You know that 4.9 will run forever.

Yup, so far has been cheap on the parts with only a slave cylinder and brake line. Sold the brush gaurd and roll bar, and hopin to sell the rims here too.

any chance i could get the trailer hitch??? where in DE are you i'll come pick it up and even take it off the truck for you if you want, i've been looking for one but can't justify spending $100 bucks on it when i just dumped around 2,000 in the motor and am pretty broke email me at ksbsn88@aol.com if you want to sell it

86, I was planning to list the caps along with the rims when I ebay 'em, but I'm open to an offer. Shoot me a PM.
460, Pretty much every military base has whats called a "lemon lot" officially titled the vehicle resale lot. Biggest deals come from when a service member is moving on orders quickly and needs to unload a car/truck/boat/trailer.

Latest thing is the SROD in the '79 is about to poop, so gonna swap in this T18. Guy I bought it from just called me and says he has a Ford automatic sitting in his yard he want's rid of too for nothin. Hopefully a C6 to just drop right in this 87.
