Hi, everyone.
I have a puzzling dilemma with my 2000 Ranger 4x4.The truck developed a pretty good pull to the right. It may have been there when I bought it,but seemed to get worse.
I have had the alignment done 3 times.I've had the tires switched side to side, and rotated front to rear. The steering wheel is straight and all the alignment specs are in range. There is no brake drag or hubs stuck or any of that. But yet the pull persists. It's not severe, but enough to have to hold the wheel straight, and its aggravating.
Any ideas out there??????
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!!
Ouh... are you sure camber and caster and KPI are symmetricaly aligment. I need figurs to see what is wrong. What tools did you use to align? What instruments?
We have a brand-new Hunter alignment machine in the shop where I work.I'll have to find the print-out with the specs.
Or I'll ask my guys if they can bring them back up and print them out.
Yes,I'm sure Dan,the calipers were replaced a few months ago, and I did check and they are not sticking.Wheel bearings seem ok too, dont feel any drag with the wheels off the ground.
Yes Pablo, all with specs according to the last alignment.I'll try to find the print-out.
