Well I can live with the Grill, it's what gives the 51-52 series it's charactor. Personally I don't mind the grill so much it's the bigger back window I have always liked about those years. And of course if you want to run the Flathead you have to stay under 1953.

That's a Great Looking Truck.

I like 'em all but you never miss a chance to pile on your friends for some laughs for no particular reason.

Must love the stripes - same guy who designed the '48 Chevy??

Two eyes, 5 stripes...hmmmm...at least by the time they got to '51, they finally got it right.

LOL.....Its all good, and the sparring is fun.

The big back window would be nice.

I like the look of the smaller back window in my 49 but it sure is tough in traffic or if you have something in the back of the truck.

I didn't intend for such an in Superiority complex to surface with all the 48-50 truck owners- it''s like they are trying to make up for something which is missing? maybe somthing from their childhood?
No hard feelings, Like I stated before I have a place in my heart for all things Ford specially the later bonus built years

LOL.....you see, I figured it was just the opposite and the 51/52 guys were "overly" proud of their buck teeth, perhaps as compensation for some inferior attributes....

....just a theory.....

well now that you mention it! Maybe---Oh never mind.

This probably isn't the place for that and besides my therapist told me I shouldn't talk about it any more!
