I have a 1989 F150 with a 302 FI, automatic transmission, and the only modification I have made to it is to put headers on. Can I swap the 302 with a 351W engine? If so, what modifications will I have to make?

You really needed to start a new thread with this question, but to answer it, the 7K24 is the date code, it translates to October 24th, 1977. According to the book I have it is a 351W. The D4AE block was used for several years starting in the 1974 model year, that started in late 1973.
And since the original post has no text and the OP hasn't contributed since posting it, there's no way to know if the subsequent replies are even relavent. Was he asking how to differentiate the two motors, or which one is better? That's efficient use of forum bandwidth right there..
