Diesel innovations has some ceramic exhaust manifolds for the 99-03. I have been told you can use them on these trucks but it takes a little custom fabrication. If I ever get time i would like to try to put them on myself.

i have read blurbs in the advertisements in the back of the dieselpower mag's but i never looked into it. i always read that it drops backpressure on the preturbo side for the ridiculous motors and if you put it on a "mostly stock" truck you would be hurting it.

THESE are really impressive looking in person, but they are expensive. Seem like good guys too. Talked to them quite a bit at the diesel rally in Houston last fall.
