i guess the passenger who did 4 years in iraq, may never recover...serious brain injuries, i guess hell be in a hospital most of his life

 

Well, at least he got some time for his irresponsible actions that harmed one of his best friends.

Wonder when the civil suit will come?

 

I think he got off pretty easy IMO. He had 4 speeding tickets before the accident. He'll do 120 days max while his friend suffers for the rest of his life.

 

He did get off light. If this was you are I we would be in for a lot longer. I look at it as at least he got some time rather than have a lovely Paris moment of 6 hours in jail.

 

Can't say I'm not glad.

 

I'd wait to make THAT statement AZ. He hasn't actually done the time as of yet.

 

I think it proves that justice is less harsh on the wealthy than it is on the common man!!!

 

I wonder if his parents will still pay for his insurance when he gets his license back?

I dunno how I missed this thread. I guess Hogan doesnt know best though.

I watched that show a few times and I think this kid could have gotten a little more harsher punishment, but at least he didnt get off scot free.
