ok guy's 'n' gals we are experiencing dumb a-- syndrome in all the parts houses around here , including the highly vaunted napa . they got my shocks and now i'm looking for the front and rear seals , the top plate and inspection plate / pto gasket , and the freakin' pilot bearing in the crank and no one here can figure this out as far as numbers !!!!!!!!!! you got what ???????????? i even told 'em 53-56 ford truck heavy 4 speed / t-98 , and that they were used in jeeps forever . number dummy gave 'em all to me once and my garage has ate the paper it was on . so help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm ready to pull my hair out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure NumberDummy will be along with the numbers again. If not, do you have the old parts? If you do take them to a place that sells bearings to the industrial market. We have a place here called Bearings Inc. If you go there with the old parts they might be able to either sell them to you or tell you where you can get them.

my lil' cuz with a 53 also reminded me of a place called browns automotive that the ol' man and the boy know more by themselves seperately than any one alse collectively and they keep weird stuff or know it and can get it . he gets a lot of his there !!
