cam,lifters,intake, and carb for a 77 ford 302...

Hey i have a question what is a good cam and lifter kit for a stock 77 ford swb with a 302?also it has the old granny 4 spd if this helps or hurts it. and what would be the biggest 4bbl i could use? i figured a 600cfm or is that to big. I'm not wanting a radical cam just a good one with low end torque etc. Because this is my daily driver. email me with ideas. I was thinking maybe the edelbrock performer kit with carb, cam, lifters an manifold but any ideas...

A matched kit from Edelbrock would be good, I'd suggest swapping out the heads for a set of E7TE's as well to bump compression up from the lawn mower levels the stock smog heads are giving you.
