Carburator Question(please help)

Hey Jag, the plugs look kind of tan 
it "feels" just right now. It runs so much better I know it dont sound like much, but another 4mpg's is a BIG improvement. My '89 only gets 16mpg's. I figure it will get a little better out on the hwy.
