That's going to depend entirely on the flow of the injectors and the other supporting mods to the engine. Unfortunately, there is no plug-and-play formula for exactly what turbo will work 100% best for your application, unless someone has done that exact setup prior to you.
What I would do, actually what I did, when deciding on a turbo is talk to several people in the industry to see what they reccomend. Talk to the place where you're buying your injectors, talk to the places that sell upgraded turbos, talk to the tuners, talk to other people who have run the turbo's your thinking about. Typically, by that point, a shining star will start to show through.
To give you and example of everyone I talked to when trying to decide on turbo and injectors: BTS, BWD, ITP, Beans, DP Tuner, Total Diesel Performance, Terminator Engineering, and at least half a dozen or more guys who were running B Codes and a larger turbo, since that's what I was looking at.
With a set of 200cc injectors, there are a few turbo's I would look at. H2E, a modified H2E, or one of the larger Turbonetics turbos from BWD. I know it takes a lot of time and some effort to figure out which turbo you'll like best, but it's also a lot of money to be spending all at once only to wish you'd done something different.

WTH is a jumbo shrimp hybrid injector? 
Cute name. I have 200cc injectors because that is the size nozzle holes I wanted in there to prevent a dumping situation and hopefully promote good atomization. Those nozzles can be EH'd out enough to support over 500HP easily. My engine cannot handle that and I thought it would be a good failsafe. Also, keep in mind I am running them on a stock HPOP.
