Depends, there are two styles used in the F series.
The most common one is tall and narrow, which probably would not fit an E series.
The other is wider and shorter, which probably would fit an E series.
Measure the core size from the top of the bottom tank to the bottom of the top tank.
Then measure the width of the core between the side brackets.

The front of the frame should be the same, the back of the frame may or may not be the same.
F 350 was offered as a cab and chassis as well as a pickup.
The F 450 was a cab and chassis only.
Cab and chassis trucks have a 34" rear frame rail width, and the rails are flat on top.
Pickups have a 37.5" frame rail width and a hump over the rear axle.
But the front of the frames are identical on all of them.
Most diesel radiators are four core, very few gassers are.
And the inlet and outlet locations may be different.
