Still no luck on turning on vehicle...............dont know wut to try anymore.......:-(
Why don't you start with a recap of each thing you have tried (since your 05/07 post) and each result. This might help the 'experts' understand just where you are at.
He needs to know the 4 stroke cycle(minimum) and some basic electricity(at least how it applies to internal combustion engines). I don't think he has a grasp on either one of these. If he can't get the motor to crank or at least figure out it won't he needs more help than a few questions are going to answer for him here. He doesn't appear to have the basic mechanical skills to eliminate certain things most people would automatically bypass and go straight to others that are the most likely suspects. Best to take it to a mechanic.
all, after doing some research on haynes manual.......
based on my issues: when ignition key is turned to start...i hear clicks from solenoid......my issue lays in between battery, connections on starter or bad solenoid.....
i took my battery cables out and noticed the ground wire was corroded from the inside (blueish substance)....then after i went and checked solenoid....i hammered both starter and solenoid while in the cleaning proccess....as i've heard these do get stuck!
now after doing all of that i still got no start....
i'd like to make sure my connections on starter are good (well connected) does anyone have a diagram on how to connect a starter on a 97 4x4 5.4L expy?
after i review connections, i then will replace the ground wire going down which seems somewut bad......and then buy new solenoid and hope my problem becomes a solution.....
also if any of you know a step by step solution how to jump the starter...i'd really appriciate such guys...sorry i've only installed car stereos.........but i know if i put my head to ur instructions i'll make it happen.....
thanks a bunch guys if you could please help me with those 2 things to get my wife's expy's started would be awsome!
If the headlights:
-don't light at all, you have a bad connection at the battery cables.
-are very dim, you don't have a good battery.
-are normal brightness, have someone crank the engine while you watch the headlights.
If while attempting to crank, the headlights :
- go completly out, you have a bad connection at the battery.
- get very dim, you don't have a good battery.
- stay at normal brightness, your solenoid is probably at fault.
No guarantees, but it should get you pointed at where the problem lies.
I'm just curious. In your first post you wrote:

pdq i have determined the issue relays within wires going to starter or starter connected incorrectly...i recently bought veh so there is a possibility might've been connected incorrect.
as far as previous issues, fuse #30 for ignition kept on blowing and i noticed values were lowered than ford's advise, so then i replaced it with a 30amp fuse as instructed on ford's manuel....truck finally started then died and on 2nd attempt to start light smoke came out of engine bay (such as small wire getting burned or something?)
now upon doing reading i have determined my issues are wires going to starter, incorrect connections to starter, bad solenoid or low battery charge..........
NOTICE-i also used the remote starter alarm has to check if it's an ignition switch issue and looks like is not that and is beyond that....starter's good....so i need a diagram to check if the way it is connected is correct................
I would say solenoid too. But OP still needs to check other stuff

That is basically what everyone on here has suggested as well. Have you tested these items?
I noticed the thread started 5/5 and it is 6/2. How much effort are you putting into checking this? Maybe there is a reputable shop nearby that can save you all the trouble and get you back on the road a little quicker.
battery has been tested, starter motor has been tested / PASSED. Ignition solenoid has not been tested (but i assume they are cheap and i'd just buy one to test)
LOL does anyone have a starter motor wiring diagram????????????

Thanks PDQ and all! i'll wait for another reponse :-)
If you found corrosion on the negative battery cable, I hope you replaced both the negative, positive cables and terminal connections. Buy a remote starter switch. Remove the cover of the junction box located to the right rear of the battery. You'll notice a black cylinder mounted to the fire wall that has major connections coming from the positive battery terminal and to the mega fuse. Connect the larger clamp of the remote starter switch to the right side terminal on the cylinder. Connect the smaller clamp to the left side terminal. Press the starter switch. If the starter cranks the engine, then the problem lies upstream of the starter/relay/battery. You have to make sure that all your cables are in good condition FIRST.
