If I can't find it here...
OK, Caught one of my ******** friends picking out the little covers that cover the screws that hold in the oh **** handles in the ceiling of my cab. Hard to describe, I apologize. (03 Supercrew Lariat, Grey interior)
They are very thin and flimsy, and need to match my interior. I need two, for the handle in the drivers side rear pass. WHERE CAN I FIND THESE?
All of you have been so helpful on this site, and I appreciate any more help I can get. I know its not an integral part, but the truck is in PERFECT condition with 65K on it and it really bugs me! Thanks in advance all!!!!

First off please watch the language. It is a family oriented site. Ford dealer would probably have them. Can also check junkyards. A lot of cars trucks use those little covers. You should be able to find something to work.

Well, it's not the best thing for you to try but!!! Ok, I even feel like a real piece of work giving this advice. Well, anyway, take another car of yours or maybe even your friends, to a local car lot, to see what they have in stock. If they don't have a gray one, take what you can, and spray paint it...lol. I guess if that doesn't work you can always try the stealership. good luck

Sorry about the "language". 3 years in a Reconnaissance Platoon, and it happens without even thinking about it. Although, with a Cartman avatar, and a resident of Jersey, I find it hard to believe that it offended you very much! But I will try my best.

Thanks for all the help. Went to the local Ford Dealer outside Ft. Riley and ordered them for $5.97 each. Not too bad, and I didn't have to steal them.
