Personally, now that I've done my own, I'd never spend the dough for someone else to do it. For ~$70, you can do it yourself!! Mike wrote up a really good procedure on how to do it, so don't be intimidated. If you can follow a direction sheet (like putting a model car together), you can do this.
I am with Joe on this one, BUT if you insist on a VB the John Woods VB (sold by ITP Diesel) or BTS VB (sold by Brians Truck Shop) are $225 and the personal favorites on FTE. I am a HUGE fan of John Woods personally (as is Jody from DP Tuner)
OPT (Oregon Performance Transmission) has the Tugger for $95, and the HD Kit for $65, plus a few bucks shipping. I have my receipt right here -- I paid $102.15 for the Tugger shipped to my door.
