electric window on drivers side stopped working.
Hello! My 2002 Ford Explorer Sport has been having problems with the drivers electric window. Last night it finally quit. And of course it is in the down position. When I pressed on the button it made a noise, so I checked under the dash where the noise was coming from. Found a relay switch. Took it out and the noise stopped. Bought a new one but it didn't work. What else do I need to look for? Thanks, Betty P.S. I was just hoping it wasn't the motor.

If you can get to the motor I'd hit it a time or two to make sure it doesn't have a dead spot on it. With that said stop in here and see what other owners have found: Explorer, Sport Trac, Mountaineer & Aviator - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
