power window

power window
i have a 2005 supercrew ford lariat 4x4 i am having a problem
front passenger window will go down but not up i have put 12 volts to the motor and it will go up and down no problem i changed the master switch
and checked all fuses and relays. my questions is can the motor still be bad or do i have a broken wire.. i can press the window switch from the master switch and the passenger switch will go dim theres no clicking when you press ther passsenger switch.any info will be appreciated thanks bkm
