i have the glowshift gauges that your looking at. the gauges work just fine, the changing color part only works on one gauge, they were a gift from my son. i got him the ipressos from diesel manor for his 97. the ipressos are better quialty, but double the money. install on both about the same.
Maybe I missed something but from what I read on the ebay page, it is only gauges and pod, no sensors. I like my autometers and have for 2 years now.
They come with all the sensors, mine are still on the kitchen counter, can't decide to install them or not. Instuctions suck a little, I tried to get them to dim, but it seems you can't retain the color settings and dimming at the same time. Thier customer service also sucks, they give no real explanations why both features can't be accomplished at the same time. Buy something else.
Click here for Diesel Manor Kit These are the one's that I have. They work well and Diesel Manor's customer service was very good. The directions are very good too. Don't get those Glow shifts. Guys that have had them said they sucked. Spend a little more and get it done right the first time, otherwise don't get anything at all.
I really like the under dash mount Jason - never seen that before. How long you had yours?
To each his own, but white-face gauges look funny in a truck with a black OEM cluster. This just my humble opinion, so if you like the look then go for it. I went with DiPricols because they are LED backlit and matched the stock cluster perfectly:
You have the A pillar, underdash, overhead, dash mount and dash top... I dont have the dash top but everything else is covered in this pic...
WOW! Are you monitoring the space station or what? j/k Of all the gauges you have what are the easiest/ hardest to monitor? I Will probably get the pillar mount but would like to hear your thoughts on the others. I do like the dash mount but would want three there without the one in the middle of the cluster.
