Lost Supporter status...

I'm wondering how many other people (if any) have lost their Supporter status recently? Not because it ran out, but due to a "bug" in the forums. I ask this because 10 days ago my Supporter status disappeared. So the next day I open a ticket, get a response, and while it did take me a day to get the proof to them....I've gotten zero response since then. It's been a full week and the issue isn't fixed.

Maybe my bigger question is: when you have a problem on the forum, how responsive is "Support"?

I gave them over a week to get back to me and fix the issue, but I'm getting no response and am sorely disappointed in the poor communication. Who else is getting PO'd at the poor performance of this site?

Brendan, I had an issue myself. Look up FTE Ken ?? or Tim Lamkin and PM them. Our mods can also help. Give them a chance. Once they get onto it, they fix it pretty quick.

I too was in this boat back in March. I was told that since I renewed my supporter status BEFORE my old time was up that the system got a brainfart. It was fixed within a few days.

Is that MKO add annoying you yet?

I had the same issue with support awhile back. I was able to finally figure out what I needed on my own. I had to rattle some cages for awhile, mods, multiple emails to support and so on. I hope you have better luck.

I had the same problem a month ago and they fixed it in like 3 days. I would also recommend shooting FTE Ken a PM to help you out.

That add is one of the most annoying things ever, its 1/2 the reason I became a supporter lol

Ive had problems with them before about getting a tshirt and sticker when I became a supporter. I gave up on it after no success and no help what so ever from "support".

I haven't tried FTE Ken yet, but I did get a quick response from Tim...initially. My last communication from his was a full week ago now. I've sent him a follow-up email as well.

With the "server busy" issues that keep popping up, and now this, I will say that it is the other members here that keep me here, not the quality of this site. Sorry, I do IT work for a living, and I understand that not everything can be fixed in 5 minutes, but I DO expect communication. I mean, I'm PAYING for this site to be here!!! Without the members, this site dies. This is not the way to keep your people happy....
