Well, if anyone wants to know what I'm doing with my stimulus check, have a look at the pic below. That pool is getting replaced.

As you can see I am also working on a privacy fence. Anyway, went to Nashville today to get the new pool. Met up with one of the local FTErs from there. MikeSDK met me at Watsons, then we left in my truck and visited Swamps, then had lunch at Taco He!!. So it was good to meet you Mike. (PS, there he is hiding behind his pillar gauges)

I now have a new decal and datalogged my ICP. I won't keep anyone in suspense while I toil away trying to graph it and upload it. Suffice it to say that I am able to hold 2800 easily with the single shots in the 140 tune. I have no need for big oil whatsoever.

Here's the decal:

Yup -- that was all he needed to claim that 400HP mark....

EDIT: And that's a good deal, Mike. Exactly what I'm looking for with my SS sticks...

No I don't have the money already. I have plastic though.

What cured it was Jody, and the fact I had to get used to the different idle for the singles.

Here is the ICP log from today. Went from about 70 to past 110 and I had to let off of it. This is with the 140 tune. I am pretty happy with it. Jody said I was holding 2800 easily during live tuning. Dave from Swamps said I really don't need much more than 2600 for my injectors when I spoke with him today. Blah blah, here's the graph.

Here is the same HPOP with stock split shots on the stock chip setting from last year:

I thought I was good until Curtis pointed out that I needed to test it on the highest tune so I ran one in the 140 setting and the split shots were drinking the oil:

Dam you Kris. You know that sticker has to put me over the edge. First run in the 140 next time and I am there.

Nice!! That just put the nail in the coffin for me -- SS injectors and a good turbo is all we need. BO is only for the big-guns.

Congrats, Mike!!!

Thanks Joe. I suppose I ought to edit in the graph of the run with the same HPOP and the stock split shots to really illustrate the difference. Let me see if I can pull it up quick enough. Done!

BTW Joe, Rich is also holding well over 2800 easily with his stock HPOP and Swamps single shots.

How could it not be faster?

Seemed pretty dam cool to me riding in it.

Thanks Mike for taking me to Swamps and hanging out a bit- I enjoyed it!
I loved watching that guy (Shawn?) tearing down an injector....I love that stuff!
Ya'll are gonna have to deal with me at Smokin next year. I already warned Mike.

My wife asked me tonite what was wrong with me. I said, "Nothing really- after riding in Mike's truck today, I do have a real bad case of PMS though". After I explained what it meant, she thought it was funny. I equate that to "Its OK if you get some cool DP tunes at Smokin next spring"!

No problem Mike. Was a pleasure meeting you.

BTW, if anyone is interested, my ICP duty cycle during today's run averaged right at about 49%. I don't have a clue, but it means something to folks like Jody, so I logged that too.

What's really funny is that I was logging this today with over 1k lbs worth of a complete above ground pool in the bed of the truck. I could just see one of those boxes flying out the back at over 100mph.

I went into my local fuel injection place today Electronic Injection Services and he said that I wouldn't need any fuel mods to run split shots at a 75 horse increase and it would be 190 to rebuild them and if I wanted to go to single shots it would be about 30 bucks more. What do you guys think, Think it is worth going to the single shots. He will flow test them also right in his shop..

Which single shots is he talking about? Also, you would have to have your chip reburned for the singles.

I believe that they will be 160cc singles and I would send my chip back to jody for some adjustments.
